Cue

Check out project

Cue turns scattered social comments and messages into organized work. What started as an internal tool, that is now open-sourced, was designed to help teams that need a clearer way to see what needs attention to respond faster. Checking every platform separately means urgent complaints can get buried under routine questions and spam. Cue was built to bring that activity into one inbox, so teams spend less time sorting messages and more time helping the people behind them.

Cue ingests comments and direct messages from multiple social media platforms, and uses AI to identify what someone wants, judge the urgency, and suggest a next step. A damaged-order complaint might need a reply from support. A purchase question needs an answer. A partnership request needs the right person’s attention. Cue can draft a response for review, while your team decides what to edit, approve, or dismiss.

Pilot teams raised response rates 40% and cut time spent sorting messages in half. Urgent complaints now get answered in under an hour instead of buried for days, and teams spend their hours helping people instead of triaging platforms.
